Salary Range : $85,000-$115,000+ with additional bonus potential!

Requirements :

  • Active BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
  • Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
  • Status as a Safety Care Specialist (to be obtained)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous ABA Experience
  • Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services

    • As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, your responsibilities will include :

  • Conducting initial assessments, progress assessments, and writing detailed reports
  • Developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans for lasting success
  • Supervising and training Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Providing support and guidance to families on managing behaviors
  • Conducting functional assessments when necessary
  • Reviewing effectiveness and monitoring client progress
