Full-time, 80 hours biweekly (Tuesday-Friday with alternating Mondays & Saturdays) Benefits : 401(k), health / dental / vision, PTO, paid holidays, performance-based incentives, and deep employee discounts on all services after 90 days of employment. Free medical aesthetic training and ongoing support in a results-driven culture. Proven Closer : 2+ years in High Sales position, exceeding $30k / month sales. Skilled Aesthetician : Expert in Laser Hair Removal and CoolSculpting. Structured Leader : Thrives in protocol-driven, high-accountability settings. Self-Starter : Aligns with leadership, committed to integrity. If you avoid sales quotas or feel like sales approaches are "pushy". If your only sales experience is retail / cashier / cosmetic based. If you are not comfortable working closely with client's bodies in a medical manner, you won't succeed here. If you prefer unstructured, low-pressure roles or you need excessive emotional support, this isn't for you. If you do not meet the minimum sales experience requirements, please do not apply. We're scaling rapidly and seek a Clinic Sales Manager to drive sales, lead a small team, and optimize operations with unmatched precision. If you are a competitive, results-oriented individual that would like the opportunity to take ownership and have a key role in a company's expansion- this is your chance!
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve minimum of $40k / month sales through strategic consultations and upselling.
- Perform Laser Hair Removal, CoolSculpting and all other procedures with technical precision.
- Enforce protocols, streamline operations, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Train and manage 1-2 LHR Technicians for upselling and service excellence.
- Support marketing to boost leads and visibility.
