What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist & Clinic Director, you’ll split your time between providing exceptional patient care (80%) and focusing on clinic management and marketing (20%). Your responsibilities will include:

Patient Care

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of conditions using evidence-based, hands-on physical therapy techniques.

• Develop and execute individualized care plans to achieve patient goals.

• Deliver the highest standard of care while ensuring a positive patient experience.

Clinic Leadership

• Hire and onboard new team members to meet patient demand as your clinic grows.

• Oversee the clinical and vacation schedules for your team and yourself.

• Ensure thorough and timely completion of documentation, billing, and patient collections.

• Maintain patient compliance with care plans and track outcomes.

• Identify and implement methods to improve clinic operations and efficiency.

Community Engagement & Marketing

• Represent and promote the clinic within the local community to build relationships and referrals.

• Collaborate with other clinics and administrative staff to align with company goals and policies.

• Present innovative ideas for improving clinic services and patient care.

Position Details

Full-Time Role
