We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance & Operations Specialist to ensure the integrity of our financial and procurement processes. You will serve as a key troubleshooter for licensing and purchase order discrepancies while maintaining rigorous adherence to internal controls and audit standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving systems and ensuring operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve licensing, purchase order, and billing discrepancies. Manage the correction of invoice mismatches and system processing errors.
Process Improvement: Identify the root causes of recurring errors and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to streamline operations.
Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure full adherence to internal controls, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. Prepare comprehensive documentation for internal/external audits and financial reviews.
Qualifications
Experience in operations, procurement, or compliance roles.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to trace financial data and identify root causes.
Proficiency in financial documentation and audit preparation.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to navigate complex system processes.
