Responsibilities Willow Springs Center is looking for a compassionate, caring and dedicated Dietitian.
Schedule has a weekly requirement of hours per week.
*(Note: Required orientation is 2 weeks long Monday-Friday 9am-5pm before you start your work schedule.)

Benefits for our team include:
The Dietitian completes admission dietary consulys and as needed consults per the MD. The Dietitian will collaborate with the Dietary Manager and will assist with maintaining the required dieatry temperature logs. They will also participate in any necessary meetings if a dieatary issue is identified.
Primary responsibilitites include, but are not limited to:
- Complete admission dietary consults within hours
- Complete MD ordered dietary consults within hours
- Plan modified diets for patients as requested by attending physician/licensed practitioner.
- Monitor and document patients care in regards to therapeutic diets.
- Order nutritional supplements, double portions of protein/vegetables as needed
- Collaborate with Dietary Manager for meal alternatives
- Collaborate with the treatment team in prescheduled meetings when an area of improvement is identified. (Changes in patient's weight due to diet , diabetic meal issues etc.)
- Document patient charts with nutritional planning, and update as changes in nutritional needs occur.
- Maintain confidentiality of facility employees and patient information.
About Universal Health Services
Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Foods and Nutrition, Dietetics or related field.
Licensure: Registered Dietitian (RD) licensure to practice dietetics in the state of Nevada.
Experience: Minimum of one year dietary experience in a health care facility, with concentration in nutritional assessment and planning preferred. Experience working with children and adolescents. Dietary education experience, and eating disorder education preferred.
