The Clinical Director has the responsibility of managerial and clinical oversight for all mobile / tele-video assessors and call center staff, provides training for all staff; provides clinical supervision, review and oversight of clinical documentation ensuring the appropriate triaging of patients is made to the most appropriate level of care; supervises the daily schedule of staff to ensure suitable coverage for 24 / 7 coverage of the call center.

Qualifications

Education : Minimum Masters Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psycology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.

Licensure and Certification : Meets current state requirements for the provision of mental health assessments and / or licensed in the State where BHC is providing services as a Licensed Professional Counselor (“LPC”), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (“LMFT”), Licensed Master Social Worker (“LMSW”), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (“LCSW”), or Registered Nurse (“RN”).

EXPERIENCE : Preferably two or more years’ experience in intake assessment activities within an acute psychiatric setting and experience in health care business, business development / marketing environment with measurable business development results is preferred.
