This opportunity is ideal for a clinically driven pharmacist who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a hands-on environment, and wants to play a visible role in patient care and operational success.
Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to support patients receiving immunoglobulin (IG) infusion therapy. In this role, you’ll balance clinical oversight with day-to-day pharmacy operations while collaborating closely with providers, payers, and home nursing services to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality patient care.
What You’ll Do
Clinical & Patient Care
Conduct initial patient assessments and ongoing refill reassessments
Provide clinical consultations to patients and healthcare providers
Coordinate and schedule in-home nursing services
Create and maintain patient supply sheets
Ensure compliance with all clinical, pharmacy, and regulatory standards
Operational & Pharmacy Responsibilities
Perform pre-verification and final verification of prescriptions
Prepare and oversee medication dispensing and shipping independently
Support insurance appeals when needed
Manage incoming and outgoing calls with patients, providers, and payers
Work closely with another pharmacist in an environment without pharmacy technician support
What You Bring
Active Florida Pharmacist license (required)
Willingness to obtain South Carolina licensure and additional state licenses as needed
Bilingual in Spanish (required)
2+ years of pharmacy experience with Immunoglobulin (IG) infusion therapy
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Comfort working independently and contributing across multiple areas
Flexibility and willingness to support a growing, evolving organization
