Key Responsibilities
Lead operational strategy and execution of care engagement transformation initiatives
Translate priorities into actionable road-maps and performance targets
Provide oversight of portfolio management, including financial planning and resource modeling
Required Qualifications
High School diploma with 5 years of relevant experience or an Associate's / Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership
