About the Role

Join our dynamic team as the Director of Clinical Data Science, where you will spearhead strategic initiatives that foster innovation in global pharmaceutical development. In this pivotal role, you will leverage advanced AI / ML methodologies for disease modeling, genomics, and precision medicine applications.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Representing the organization in regulatory discussions.
  • Mentoring a diverse team of talented data scientists.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in clinical trial data science programming.
  • Overseeing large-scale data science projects and evaluating innovative analytical methodologies.
  • Communicating complex data science concepts to stakeholders with an executive-level presence.

To be successful in this role, you should possess :

  • A Ph.D. in biostatistics, bioinformatics, or a related computational science.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive industry experience in clinical development and data science.
  • Recognized expertise in AI / ML modeling and precision medicine applications.
  • Proven ability to influence regulatory authorities and present at external forums.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, high-performing teams.
  • A background in neurology research, particularly in Alzheimer's disease biomarkers.
  • Expertise in statistical methods applicable to clinical trials.
  • Proficiency in budget management and operational excellence in data science initiatives.
