Job Summary
We are looking for a Bilingual Documentation Specialist (English / Spanish) to support our Documentation and Registration team. This role focuses on preparing, organizing, and tracking documents required for product registrations and international customers . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with computers and documents .
Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Pay : $19 / hour
Location : On-site
Employment Type : Temporary to Permanent
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize documentation needed for product registration and international dossiers
- Coordinate shipment of required documents and product samples
- Request official documents from U.S. government agencies (FDA, USDA, Department of Agriculture, etc.)
- Enter and update customer and product information in internal and external databases
- Submit documents for authentication through the Secretary of State and embassies
- Track registration status, shipments, and registration history for customers and products
- Maintain accurate and organized records for all documents, samples, and certifications
- Communicate with customers and internal sales teams regarding documentation status
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve procedures (SOPs)
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
