This opportunity is ideal for a clinically driven pharmacist who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a hands-on environment, and wants to play a visible role in patient care and operational success.
Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to support patients receiving immunoglobulin (IG) infusion therapy. In this role, you'll balance clinical oversight with day-to-day pharmacy operations while collaborating closely with providers, payers, and home nursing services to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality patient care.
What You'll Do
Clinical & Patient Care
- Conduct initial patient assessments and ongoing refill reassessments
- Provide clinical consultations to patients and healthcare providers
- Coordinate and schedule in-home nursing services
- Create and maintain patient supply sheets
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, pharmacy, and regulatory standards
