Key Responsibilities

Evaluate client fitness levels and set achievable goals

Create and adjust personalized training plans based on client needs and progress

Educate clients on exercise and injury prevention while providing motivation and support

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in exercise science, exercise physiology, or kinesiology

2-3 years of hands-on experience in one-on-one coaching, preferably in a clinical setting

ACSM certification is mandatory or required within 6 months of hire

Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others achieve health and wellness goals

Must reside in the US or be legally allowed to work in the United States
