What are we looking for
The Laboratory Manager is responsible for Quality Management Health Safety and Environmental Compliance Legal and Ethical Compliance and Training.
Shift / Schedule : 8 am to 5 pm Daily Mon Thru Fri with occasional OT

- Render to clients an accurate rapid and efficient testing service of indisputable integrity
- Provide adequate supervision of testing and review of results
- Ensure that adequate calibrated equipment and trained personnel are available for all jobs
- Perform Laboratory employee performance maintains discipline and recommends hiring and dismissal
- Seek new business
- Be a positive company representative to clients
- Set a positive example for all employees through your professional behavior and foster a professional atmosphere
- Carry out all responsibilities in a supportive manner with adherence to the Companys Safety Policy and Procedures Quality Management System Ethics Policy Environmental Management System Vision and Strategy
- Exercise good judgement common sense and diplomacy in the lab and with managing the team
