Medical Laboratory Scientist-Clinical Laboratory at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is per-diem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

Performs routine laboratory testing and analysis that require well developed, cognitive, manipulative and problem solving skills for use in the diagnosis and treatment of disease. Attendant activities include operating test equipment, monitoring the quality of testing, and verifying and reporting test results. Performs more complex test procedures in one or more sections. May be responsible for the technical supervision of a specific section of shift in the absence of the Clinical Specialist and Technologist III.

Required Qualifications :

• Sufficient for license.
• California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License California upon hire.
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby / on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
