What You’ll Do:
Build strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, case managers, and families
Coordinate smooth, timely admissions into our facility
Assess patient needs and match them with the right level of care
Promote Parkwood Health & Rehab in the community
Keep track of referral trends and outreach efforts

What You Bring:
Experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, case management, or liaison roles
Excellent communication and people skills
A passion for helping others and solving problems
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally
No license required—just the right experience and drive to succeed!

Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid and insurance processes
Background in healthcare, nursing, social work, or related fields
