The Role:
As a Senior Manager in Operations Consulting, you will lead cross-functional teams to boost performance in Medicare Stars and related quality initiatives through robust clinical data strategies. Your role is pivotal in building trust with diverse stakeholders and championing quality improvements in healthcare data management.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional teams to drive high performance in quality initiatives.
- Coaching team members to effectively confront and solve complex challenges.
- Building rapport with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Influencing healthcare data management quality improvement initiatives.
- Developing actionable clinical data strategies that promote positive change.
- Aligning efforts with Medicare Stars and related programs.
- Encouraging collaboration and teamwork to elevate performance.
- Analyzing clinical data sources to enable informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, and more.
