Field-based Clinical Specialist role focused on leadless cardiac pacing technology within a Cardiac Rhythm Management organization. This individual serves as the regional clinical expert, supporting complex procedures, physician education, and therapy adoption. The role requires strong clinical presence, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence without authority.
Responsibilities

Provide in-case procedural support for leadless pacing technology

Educate physicians and hospital staff on patient selection and best practices

Serve as the regional subject matter expert for leadless therapy

Support therapy adoption and regional growth initiatives

Communicate clinical data and provide market feedback

Partner cross-functionally on training and program execution
Requirements
-
6+ years combined experience in medical device clinical support and/or hospital-based clinical roles
-
Recent industry-facing experience with in-case procedural support
-
Cardiology or cardiovascular background (CRM experience not required)

Comfortable working independently in hospital and lab environments

Strong communication and clinician-influencing skills
-
Willingness to travel ~20–30%
Compensation
-
Base salary: $135,000–$145,000
-
Quarterly incentive: $10,000 (approximately $40,000 annually)
