Whole Health, a division of Intensive Specialty Hospital, provides compassionate and effective care to individuals struggling with substance abuse. We are currently seeing an experienced and passionate Outpatient Counselor to join our dynamic team.

The Counselor in Training (C.I.T.) position involves primary responsibility for the well=being and attainment of treatment goals of assigned patients and their families. This includes assessment, treatment planning, case management and discharge planning. The Counselor in Training (C.I.T.) is responsible for the provision of group and individual counseling.

Requirements:

Interest in pursing a career in counseling, psychology, education, or a related filed.

Must have met all ADRA requirements and have obtained a (CCS) Certified Clinical Supervisor)

Ability to work in a team and support the leadership of senior counselors

Basic knowledge of computer skills – Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Certifications:

BLS Required, Nonviolent Crisis Prevention, and Intervention Certification required or must obtain within 90 days of employment if not already certified.
