Position : Associate Educator, full-time

School : Partnership Academy

Compensation : Hourly, $18-$24 / hour depending on experience, plus competitive benefits

Availability : 2025-2026 school year and beyond, available for immediate start

JobDescription :

TheAssociateEducator(AE) :

• Works with an individual student and small groups of students to implement lessons or practice in reading, writing, and math in person
• Effectively motivates students to complete work and progress in their learning toward learning goals
• Facilitates lunch and recess duty
• Maintains a positive classroom culture by working effectively with students and staff of all backgrounds
• Supports the development of English language development, positive behaviors and social / emotional skills, in accordance with students' learning plans.
• Provides positive reinforcement and helps students build independence.
• Collaborates effectively with a variety of colleagues.
• Effectively collects and maintains evidence of student growth and other data.
