Designed for speed, safety, and service, this small Ambulatory Surgery Center features 3 total OR/treatment rooms and a heavy Orthopedics focus, with additional specialties in Colorectal, Podiatry, and Spine. Streamlined preoperative, intraoperative, and PACU pathways enable same-day recovery and a personalized patient experience. A collaborative culture and tight-knit team environment will support the Surgical Services Nurse Manager in optimizing outcomes across the continuum of care.

Reporting to the ASC Administrator and partnering closely with the Medical Director, the Clinical Perioperative Nurse Manager will have approximately 6 direct reports across perioperative services within a supportive, friendly, and diverse team of nurses and allied professionals. Core responsibilities for the Perioperative Nurse Leader include regulatory readiness, quality improvement, risk management, personnel management, clinical education, and surgeon relations. The ideal RN Perioperative Manager will have previous ASC leadership experience, and will be ready to improve performance, strengthen safety, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
