Streamlined preoperative, intraoperative, and PACU pathways enable same-day recovery and a personalized patient experience. Reporting to the ASC Administrator and partnering closely with the Medical Director, the Clinical Perioperative Nurse Manager will have approximately 6 direct reports across perioperative services within a supportive, friendly, and diverse team of nurses and allied professionals. Core responsibilities for the Perioperative Nurse Leader include regulatory readiness, quality improvement, risk management, personnel management, clinical education, and surgeon relations. The ideal RN Perioperative Manager will have previous ASC leadership experience, and will be ready to improve performance, strengthen safety, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
