Our team operates on defined processes, collaboration, and a consistent client experiencenot individual advisor silos.Role OverviewAs an Operations Manager, you will:Own and execute the firms day-to-day operational and administrative workflowsManage HR and payroll administration processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistencyCoordinate scheduling, logistics, and follow-through across advisors, client service, and marketing activitiesMaintain operational and people-process consistency across systems, vendors, and compliance requirementsSupport leadership by translating priorities into organized, repeatable executionThis role is highly hands-on and detail-oriented, with success measured by operational reliability, clarity, and continuity.Key ResponsibilitiesFirm Operations & Workflow ManagementManage daily operational workflows to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on timeMaintain and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)Coordinate internal deadlines, deliverables, and follow-upsMonitor operational capacity and flag bottlenecks or risks earlyHR & Payroll AdministrationAdminister payroll processes in coordination with external payroll providersEnsure accurate tracking of:Employee hours (where applicable)PTO and holiday schedulesPayroll changes and updatesSupport onboarding and offboarding processes, including:New hire paperworkSystem access coordinationBenefits enrollment coordinationMaintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with firm policiesCoordinate with external HR, benefits, or PEO partners as applicableServe as the first point of contact for basic HR and administrative employee questionsThis role does not set HR policy or compensation strategy, but executes and administers approved processes.Advisor & Client Service SupportSupport advisors with scheduling, meeting preparation, and post-meeting follow-up workflowsEnsure client service requests are routed, tracked, and resolved promptlyCoordinate account-related tasks in partnership with client service and compliance teamsMaintain consistency in the client experience across touchpointsMarketing & Event OperationsCoordinate seminar and event logistics, including:SchedulingVendor coordinationMaterials preparationAttendee trackingMaintain operational support for marketing initiatives (logistics and execution only;
