The Acute Care Clinical Pharmacist II applies their advanced knowledge, skills, critical thinking, and experience to serve as the therapeutic consultant in areas that include rational and appropriate use of medication and the provision of clinical pharmacy services.

Required Qualifications:
- PharmD, Doctorate of Pharmacy. Or,
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor of Pharmacy
- upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License
- upon hire: Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties
- upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed) - where applicable
- 2 years PGY1 residency training and 1 year of experience within relevant practice setting - or - a minimum of 3 years of acute care setting (in lieu of residency training).
