Pay Range : $58 - $60 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities :
- This is a Quality Position to meet with provider groups and discuss Medicare Stars measures and our internal program RxEffect.
- Small collaborative CPS health plan team.
- Other current staff members available to support and answer questions.
- Reviewing specific provider group metrics, filling out draft slides specific to each provider group, presenting slides to provider groups and responding to questions.
- This process is done for multiple provider groups (approx. 20). Also attend meetings related to Medicare Quality.
- Attend each scheduled provider group.
- Knowledge of Medicare Stars and member barriers that affect Star ratings. Ability to present to provider groups.
- Average presenting time for each group is less than 7 minutes
