This individual will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and facilitating the hiring of high-quality and qualified clinicians who meet NOCDs standards of care. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with proven recruitment skills and the ability to manage candidates from initial outreach through successful handoff to the NOCD Recruiting Team. / ppThis is a contract, commission-only role with no base salary or retainer. Compensation is based on successful clinician hires. / ph3Responsibilities / h3ulliPartner with NOCDs hiring team to understand clinical role requirements, qualifications, and hiring priorities. / liliDevelop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract independently licensed therapists, psychologists, and clinical professionals. / liliIdentify, screen, and present qualified candidates to NOCDs hiring team. / liliFacilitate communication and scheduling between candidates and NOCD staff as appropriate. / liliTrack candidate progress through the recruitment funnel and provide regular pipeline updates. / liliEnsure alignment of candidate qualifications with NOCDs job descriptions and hiring criteria. / li / ulh3Deliverables / h3ulliConsistent submission of qualified candidates that meet NOCDs requirements. / liliFacilitation of interviews and support for the hiring process as needed. / liliOngoing updates on candidate pipeline status and hiring progress. / li / ulh3Compensation / h3pThis is a commission-only role.
