Current Opportunities:

We are seeking part-time or full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologists to join our team. Ideal candidates are well-resourced, compassionate, empathetic, and solutions oriented. They should be capable of managing both assessments and therapeutic guidance in a private practice setting. This role offers the flexibility of in-office and remote work.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Clinical Assessments and Therapy: Help build and sustain a practice focused on clinical assessments and maintain a modest caseload.
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship to pre-licensed therapists (registered interns), review case notes, and ensure high standards of client care and documentation.
• Coordination: Work with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Community Engagement: Participate in outreach initiatives and contribute to the clinic's mission of filling gaps in mental health services.

Qualifications:

• Education: Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Psychology, licensed in the State of Florida
• Experience: Mental health documentation, insurance billing, and working with diverse client populations.
• Skills: Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, proficiency with typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
