Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with the PedSafety Handbook, Bambee Policies, and work rules.
- Assemble all APS Group subassemblies and products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Complete proper training before operating any product, tool, or machine.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of small hand tools and understanding of manufacturing production processes.
- Verify that equipment and tooling calibrations and preventive maintenance (PMs) are up to date.
- Follow cleanliness and 5S practices to maintain an efficient work environment.
- Identify and suggest improvements to process flow, reducing wasted effort and time.
- Perform and document quality checks as directed by management.
- Inspect and perform in-process quality checks with attention to detail.
- Utilize computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Essential Skills- Experience in production, machine operation, and general labor.
- Proficiency in assembly processes and machine operating.
- Understanding of manufacturing production processes.
- Ability to use small hand tools effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Capability to identify and suggest process improvements.

Work Environment
This role is situated in a manufacturing environment with exposure to fumes, chemicals, and temperature variations. Employees are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and the use of safety glasses. Physical requirements include standing for up to 10 hours during shifts and the ability to lift, bend, twist, push, and pull weights up to 50 pounds.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
