As a Scheduler you are instrumental in ensuring our residents have enough staff in the facility at all times to care for their needs. Your work as a CNA Supervisor will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Joliet  is by providing general supervision of CNA’s, conducting performance evaluations, providing education to CNA’s as needed, performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.our work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at by scheduling employees to meet our resident’s needs, maintaining a master schedule and securing coverage for open shifts when needed.
