This is for in-home care. Responsibilities of CNA and Caregiver:/ppProviding personal care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including but not limited to: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, errands, transportation and taking vital signs./ppProviding care according to the patients plan of care, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation./ppWhen you work with HomeWell, you work with family!/ppJob requirements:/pulliCertified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray./liliLicensed driver with insured and reliable automobile./liliSelf-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision./liliAbility to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively./liliMust be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
