Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour+ (DOE)

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday Thursday | 5: 30 AM 4: 30 PM
Overtime: Available as Needed

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment, producing precision-machined components, maintaining tool room equipment, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
The ideal CNC Machinist has strong machining experience, blueprint-reading skills, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and craftsmanship.
Required Experience & Skills
3+ years of CNC machining experience REQUIRED
Experience setting up and operating CNC machining equipment
Experience operating manual tool room machinery
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Reliable attendance, accountability, and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machining equipment
Produce precision-machined parts according to specifications and quality standards
Inspect completed parts to verify accuracy and conformance
Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as needed
Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe tool room environment
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production specifications
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing requirements
Assist with additional machining, tooling, and production duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Plastic injection mold repair and maintenance experience
Experience reviewing or creating part and mold drawings
Experience designing and building injection molds
SolidWorks or similar CAD software experience
Mastercam or similar CAD/CAM software experience
Experience operating CNC and EDM equipment
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
Ability to lift and handle materials, tooling, and machined components as needed
Comfortable working in a manufacturing and machine shop environment
Ability to follow all PPE and safety requirements
Work Environment
