Job Summary :

Provides training, supervision and support to individuals who experience intellectual / developmental disabilities in employment-related activities which promotes an individual's independence and success in the workplace, while focusing on integration and coordination of supported employment services.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management including accurate, complete and timely reports and statistical records on the progress of assigned individuals in compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Submit timely and accurate billing reports according to billing procedures (i.e. follow along, job coaching, and situational assessment reports, all DARS billing info is accurate, and reconciliation to include both bi-weekly and monthly cycle).
• Assist in direct operations as needed to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• Ensure that employees complete work to customer specifications.
• Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned / requested.
