Join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in mitigating risk, reducing costs, and generating revenue. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to support credit card projects, including major acquisitions, in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, 4-6 years of experience required.
  • Experience writing technical requirements, 4-6 years of experience required.
  • Proficiency in client office, 4-6 years of experience required.
  • Ability to develop testing criteria from defined processes, 4-6 years of experience required.
  • Ability to understand data file composition from COBOL copybooks, JSON, XML, 4-6 years of experience required.
  • Ability to read COBOL programs and document the logic, 4-6 years of experience required.
  • Ability to access DB2, VSAM files, QSAM files and write queries to analyze data, 4-6 years of experience required.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow Process Flow tools like Visio, Gliffy, Lucidchart.
  • Collaboration tools such as SharePoint or Confluence.
  • Knowledge of Base SAS and SAS Connect.
  • Knowledge of TOAD or Platinum tools to query DB2.
  • Experience with Agile/JIRA/ConBon.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Line of Business and IT staff for credit card projects.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for IT staff.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams where integrated solutions are required.
  • Perform research of existing processes and documents as needed.
  • Understand and document the difference between what a system is doing and how it is doing it.
  • Manage projects related to new card functionality.
