Position Summary :
We are looking for a professional and experienced Cocktail Waitress to join our team at an upscale lounge. The ideal candidate will deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and discreet service while maintaining the refined standards of a high-end lounge.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and serve guests in a polished and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, spirits, and small plates.
- Accurately take and deliver drink and food orders with attention to presentation.
- Maintain strong knowledge of craft cocktails, premium liquors, and wine service.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide efficient, attentive service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with bartenders and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and venue policies.
