TempExperts is seeking an Inventory Specialist for a growing healthcare technology organization in Louisville, Kentucky. This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, equipment preparation, shipping and receiving activities, and supporting operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive, organize, track, and distribute inventory, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare, inspect, clean, and test equipment for distribution and return to inventory.
  • Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and pickups with carriers and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Support general warehouse, logistics, and operational activities as assigned.
Requirements/Education:
  • 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or distribution.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience working with inventory systems.
  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 70 pounds with or without assistance.
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems, ERP systems, medical equipment, or regulated inventory preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
