Entry-Level Logistics Specialist (Onsite – Sparks, NV)

Pay: $18/hr | Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

We’re hiring Logistics Specialists to support a dynamic warehouse and data center environment. What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking
• Prepare and package materials for outgoing shipments
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and materials
• Assist with loading/unloading shipments as needed
• Operate (or learn to operate) equipment such as forklifts or pallet movers
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience (warehouse, logistics, retail, or similar)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment
• Basic technical aptitude or interest in learning new tools/equipment

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Mechanical, electrical, or hands-on technical experience
• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Flexible shifts may include:Early morning or daytime shiftsSunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday schedules
• Work is fully onsite in a warehouse/data center environment
• Role requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout the day

Compensation & Details

• Pay Rate: $18/hour
• Contract Length: 6 months
• Potential for Conversion: Yes (based on performance)
