Real Estate Showing Agent - No Experience Required, Training Available

$125,500 - $192,500 at plan earnings


Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, fostering trust and encouraging referrals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and supportive client experience.
  • Stay informed about local market trends to offer valuable insights to clients.
  • Utilize company-provided tools and systems to streamline the buying process for clients.
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge base.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clients.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate market trends.
  • Comfortable using technology to enhance client interactions and streamline processes.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
