Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:30a-4:40pm, Friday 6:30am - 11am ... Starting Rate: $18.00 / hour (plus a pay bump once Forklift Certified)
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory accuracy, making sure our production lines always have the parts and materials they need to succeed.
Conduct daily cycle counts of production materials and assist with year-end counts.
Partner closely with Distribution Specialists to ensure overall inventory accuracy.
Maintain, distribute, and restock incoming production materials using the Kanban system.
Fulfill specific material requests and execute inventory transfers.
Complete daily scrap documentation for the Wheel Build and Printer areas.
Manage and replenish weekly production consumables.
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure compliance.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM

To be successful in either role, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills (experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams is a plus).
Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a cross-functional team.
Equipment Readiness: Must be open and willing to be trained on and operate a reach truck, order picker, and stand-up forklift.
1-2 years of inventory experince
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Ability to stand or walk for up to 90% of your shift.
Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and frequently lift/reach up to 40 inches.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
