The Opportunity :
CACI is seeking a Cloud Engineer to join a mission-focused team that builds out and maintains our customer’s tactical mission network hosted in a cloud environment. You will bring your deep expertise in cloud software and systems engineering to support the integration of critical data sources and applications with the tactical mission network. This is an opportunity to apply your technical capabilities to a complex program that has real world-operational impacts on national security.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring efficient data ingestion, and processing.
- Create, maintain and optimize cloud based networking in support of data integration and webservices
- Collaborate with front-end developer and government stakeholders to optimize the user experience.
- Integrate systems and architectures into adjacent or partner organizations' architectures, platforms, or sites.
- Generate and maintain records and technical documentation.
- Maintain performance and functionality of Software as a Service solutions within the tactical mission network.
- Manage APIs to allow communication between the frontend and backend or with other external services and implements security protocols and protection measures to ensure the security of data.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent field.
At least 7 years of experience in Systems or Software Engineering.
Able to perform all functional duties independently.
Active Secret Clearance
Highly proficient in cloud-based Kubernetes, Azure Cloud Services, cloud-based data lakes
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure DevOps
5+ years of experience in Cloud System / Software Engineering
Proficiency with Grafana, Azure Cache for Redis and PostgreSQL
Experience with full-stack development in an agile environment
Experience with Java, Angular Spring and C2S
Experience with software testing tools such as Junit
Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python)
Microsoft AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals or any higher Azure Certification

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is :
$93,500 - $196,500
