Your Next Challenges

It is an executive role of high level and utmost trust for the Chief Strategy Officer and Founder of Global66. It is responsible for executing end-to-end the most relevant strategic projects for Global66, whatever the product, country, or area involved.

Its main challenge is to convert unstructured business questions into data-backed recommendations and projects that are executed on time and in the right way, coordinating areas over which it does not have direct authority and leveraging Artificial Intelligence to do so with speed and quality.

The basic responsibilities of the Strategy Specialist will be:

1. Lead the projects where it operates as project leader from start to finish: Making business case, scope document, work plan, Gantt, milestones, and ensuring compliance on time and in the right way, either by directly executing or leading the team that is executing it depending on the magnitude and complexity of the project.
2. Lead the advances in critical process improvements of the company: Working directly with the leaders of the areas that correspond in the list of processes to improve that the CSO will agree with the operations, financial-accounting, CX, Growth, or any other area, ensuring that there are tangible advances on time and in the right way and unlocking situations that may impede progress by directly involving in the solution.
3. Support the CSO in the periodic update of the company's strategy: Evaluating competitors, following the evolution of priorities within the team, periodic follow-up of strategic objectives together with the leaders of each area.
4. Understand in depth the processes and business models of Global66 and its different areas, identifying problems, frictions, and opportunities for improvement, and designing solutions together with the responsible teams.
5. Maintain coordination between areas and with external counterparts in the projects under its responsibility, following up on commitments and scaling risks and blockages to the CSO in a timely manner.
6. Leverage Artificial Intelligence and automation in the analysis, modeling, and follow-up of strategic projects.

What We Are Looking For

• Complete university studies, Commercial Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Economics, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of previous experience in strategic consultancy, investment banking, private equity, and/or strategy teams in fintech or banking.
• Advanced English (C1 or above).

Hard Skills:

- Advanced financial modeling (Excel / Google Sheets / AI modeling), valuation, and unit economics.

- Handling of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or other).

- Use of Artificial Intelligence tools to accelerate analysis and deliverables.

- Knowledge of financial services and fintech business models and the ability to quickly learn those that are not mastered.

- Demonstrated end-to-end project execution skills.
