The person in this position directly impacts the development and creation of affordable housing from the early design and permit phase through construction and inspection. Also, using specialized inspection training provided by the City, ensures that the housing funded with Federal funds is safe for the families. They work directly with developers, loan officer supervisor, and vendors as necessary, as well as inspection personnel.
