A company is looking for a Digital Communications Manager responsible for driving the organization's digital presence and engaging with key audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage email marketing strategies and campaigns to promote programs and fundraising efforts
Create and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and community engagement
Oversee website management, including content updates and SEO optimization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English Literature, or a related field
5+ years of professional experience in digital communications / marketing, focusing on email marketing and social media management
Proven experience managing and growing email lists and social media channels
Expert proficiency with major email marketing platforms and strong understanding of social media analytics tools
Experience with content management systems, particularly WordPress
