A company is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee correspondence between employees and management, ensuring transparency and engagement
Develop and execute strategic internal communications plans, aligning messaging with the company's vision
Collaborate with various departments to create and maintain internal communications content and channels
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, Writing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in an internal communications role, preferably in a corporate environment
Experience with various corporate communications channels, including intranets and mobile
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
