  • Serving as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, residents, vendors, and Associa
  • Maintaining a consistent onsite presence to oversee day-to-day community operations and deliver exceptional resident service
  • Managing vendor relationships, monitoring contract performance, and coordinating maintenance, landscaping, and capital improvement projects
  • Conducting routine property inspections to ensure community standards are maintained and operational concerns are addressed proactively
  • Preparing board meeting agendas, management reports, meeting notices, and community communications
  • Attending and facilitating board meetings, annual meetings, and committee meetings as required
  • Reviewing monthly financial reports and assisting the Board with budget planning and financial oversight
  • Supporting reserve study recommendations, long-term maintenance planning, and capital improvement initiatives
  • Responding to homeowner inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional, timely, and customer-focused manner
  • Ensuring compliance with governing documents, association policies, and applicable regulations
  • Building positive relationships with residents and supporting community events and engagement initiatives

  • Strong written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, spelling, and professional correspondence
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and effectively resolve conflicts
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, board members, vendors, and team members
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of CAI's M-100: The Essentials of Community Association Management course
  • Previous experience as an Onsite Community Manager, Community Association Manager, Property Manager, or similar leadership role
  • Familiarity with HOA operations, board governance, budgeting, vendor management, and community maintenance planning
  • AMS or PCAM designation, or a willingness to pursue professional certifications
