Job Title : Community Manager
Contract Type : 4-6 Month Project-Based Contract Location : Onsite - East Portland, OR Schedule : Part-Time, 3-4 Days per Week (Monday-Friday) Compensation : $26-$30 per hour, DOE
About the Role
LHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Community Manager to support a short-term project focused on winding down properties that are transitioning to a new ownership group. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations and compliance during the transition period.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day property management activities for affordable housing communities.
- Communicate effectively with residents regarding transition timelines and processes.
- Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to complete necessary tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the wind-down process.
- Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Pay Details : $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
