This is an on-site position.
Amazing, immediate opportunity to join one of the East Coast’s largest, award winning, luxury home builders.
As a Luxury New Home Community Sales Manager, you will assist prospective home buyers through the entire sales process, from initial contact, to selling the home, to the closing of the home in our luxury, amenity-rich community located in
the Chapel Hill area.
As the initial point of contact, you will engage with prospective and potential buyers through phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Responsibilities :
Provide knowledgeable information and guidance to potential buyers for a seamless, positive experience.
Describe the benefits of the community and it’s amenities and superior location to prospective purchasers. To that end the sales manager must :
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s community and amenities, the unique selling points and value proposition as well as knowledge of competing options in the market to assist buyers in making an informed decision and understand the benefits of buying in our community.
Familiarize themselves with the competing new communities and their location in the market by doing site visits and “shopping” the competing properties and staying informed about new community development in the area.
Educate prospective purchasers on floor plans, finishes, customization options, and available upgrades. Introducing and guiding prospects through the process of selection from the available locations and layouts
Process sales agreements and contracts.
Generate referrals and leads through community outreach and networking and attending marketing events.
Manage sales generation by utilizing company marketing materials, model homes (once available) digital model tools, provided marketing materials and local resources.
Communicate with management and marketing to develop new strategies and inform new initiatives to keep the sales process fresh and moving forward as the community develops.
Qualifications :
Proven track record of closed sales in luxury, new home construction, amenity-rich communities.
Ability to collaborate and work with internal partners (Sales and Construction) across multiple departments to serve clients and generate sales.
Professional and positive attitude and appearance
Strong oral and written skills are essential.
Experience with CRM software such as Lasso, LotVue or equivalent software programs required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must be able to build and establish relationships by providing personal attention to ensure excellent customer service.
Must be able to work weekends and a flexible schedule with manning sales events when scheduled. Must be able to work the sales office hours, 10 : 00 a.m. – 6 : 00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 1 : 00 p.m. to 6 : 00 p.m. on Sunday - there will be 2 days off a week.
