At CPVA, we value your well-being with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, alongside paid holidays and vacation to support your work-life balance. Secure your future with our 401(k) plan, and become part of a team that’s dedicated to raising the bar of property management excellence. Let’s work together to redefine industry standards and make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

- Serve as the primary liaison between contractors and the community association Board of Directors.
- Maintain current resale and transfer documentation on a third-party web-based platform.
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets in accordance with the community association governing documents and distribute relevant financial and operational information to homeowners.
- Perform weekly general ledger coding, invoice review and approval, and ensure all services billed were pre-authorized and within budget.
