Customer Service Liaison
The Customer Service Liaison proactively ensures a warm, friendly welcome and initial impression for visitors, patients and families as they enter the hospital lobbies. Greets and provides directions to their respective destinations. The liaison answers informational questions regarding locations of departments, physician offices, contact people, hours of operation, visiting hours, etc. Provides appropriate screening of visitors, assists in problem-solving as indicated, and helps to ensure an excellent hospital experience in keeping with the Rush Copley Promise behaviors.
Requirements : High School Graduate or GED required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills. Bilingual / fluent in Spanish is beneficial.
