Are you looking to make a BIG impact? At Zeta, we pursue an unprecedented combination of high academic achievement and social-emotional development for our students. We insist that every student receives a world-class education while fostering a love for learning. We are passionate about changing the landscape of public education in New York City and beyond, and we are uncompromising in our mission.
Currently, we operate multiple elementary and middle schools across the Bronx, Upper Manhattan, and Queens. We plan to grow and open 1-2 schools each year because children in every community deserve excellent, equitable education. We're continuing to expand our presence in Queens, so we're seeking a bilingual (English- and Korean-speaking) Community Partnerships Manager to lead our engagement efforts in this community. Join our growing team today, and be a change agent for children.
Network teammates work out of our Network Office located at 401 W 218th St., New York, NY 10034. However, this position is based primarily in Queens and requires substantial in-person outreach and engagement. Depending on your day-to-day responsibilities, you may be able to work remotely for a few days out of the week.
Deliver powerful results
To achieve our vision, we are searching for a highly self-motivated Community Partnerships Manager with a Bachelor's Degree, and ideally 4-6+ years of experience and proven success in community affairs, community partnerships, field marketing, sales, and / or customer engagement.

- Strong communication skills and a professional presence, with the ability to connect authentically across diverse communities and stakeholders
- A self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership, consistently turning ideas into action and following through to completion
- A track record of independently driving results and meeting ambitious goals
- A creative and solutions-oriented approach to challenges
- Comfort planning and hosting events, and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Experience creating and delivering presentations to internal stakeholders and community members
- Experience working in education or other mission-aligned, high growth organizations
Responsibilities :
