Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver member workshops, events, and activities to strengthen community engagement
Coordinate community growth strategies and manage member onboarding processes
Plan and manage collective governance systems for member decision-making
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in managing membership communities at the international level
Proven ability to engage and grow networks of organizations and individuals
Strong community organizing and relationship-building skills across diverse cultures
Intermediate understanding of participatory democracy and community empowerment
Familiarity with project management systems and tools
