Key Responsibilities

Engage with the developer community to understand their needs and usage of Mailgun

Create educational content and technical guides to support developers

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate communication and advocate for developer needs

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a Developer or technical support role

Strong understanding of APIs and experience with developer-facing products

Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, C#, Rust, Java)

Experience engaging with developers in online communities

Passion for developer advocacy and community building
